Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-configured landscape lighting systems
  • Opened packages of landscape lighting parts and accessories
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to begin the return/exchange process. Include the following information in your request:

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (based on your location)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) and ship to the designated address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • For exchanges, your replacement will be shipped upon approval
  • For refunds, processing will begin immediately after approval

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will include:

  • Full purchase price of returned items
  • Original shipping costs (if the entire order is returned)

Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds typically appear within 24 hours of processing.

Exchange Shipping

For exchanges, standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error. We’ll notify you when your replacement items ship with tracking information.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
